Fitz Associates, LLC is headquartered in Humble, Texas, and the company founder has been proudly serving K-12, Education, Federal, Hospitality, and Commercial Retail clients for many years.  Our full-service commercial construction team offers a diverse range of services for projects of any size.  We are experienced with Job Order Contracting, and we can competitively price public projects through our team of estimators, superintendents and project managers.  Our team members understand the values that we stand for:

Darla Lowden - Founder / Managing Director

With 20 years of construction experience, IDIQ contract administration and execution, estimating, quality control, and safety management responsibilities, Darla plays an important advisory role for all major projects. She has completed hundreds of projects in K-12, higher education, federal, commercial, retail, multi-family, and residential,  and she has an extensive understanding of the many challenges that customers face. The knowledge she has gained gives her the ability to identify creative solutions with myriad issues, from budgetary constraints to critical deadlines, and deliver successful projects.

Jordan Lowden - Sr. Project Manager

With 8 years of construction experience and IDIQ contract administration, Jordan is responsible for managing the daily progress of the project, effectively communicating with all parties to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality. His involvement with the project is a complete package from beginning to end.
